How it works
After agreeing on collaboration details, Speakeasy will send all necessary supplies to the venue, including an evening agenda/checklist, branded games and cards, and table nameplates. We will then post all individual events on our site and begin promotion and recruitment at least one month in advance of the first event.
On the event day, the venue will set up the dedicated space and “Speakeasy” branded nameplates on the tables. A host will show attendees to their table and seat on arrival. At the event start time, a member of staff will pour a 175ml glass of wine for each attendee and spend five minutes explaining (in the target language) how to get started.
What we provide
Fee per attendee
We'll pay you £10 per attendee to cover the cost of the first drink.
Event promotion and recruitment
We'll use our marketing channels to bring customers to each event.
Event supplies
We'll send you all the equipment you'll need for the night to be a success, including the games and nameplates.
Booking platform
All events can be scheduled, booked, and paid for on our website; details will be communicated to the venue before the event start.
Event agenda
We'll create an agenda for each event so that everything runs smoothly.
What you provide
Free first drink
In exchange for the £10 fee we pay you per attendee, we ask that you provide each attendee with their first 175ml glass of wine for free.
Appropriate host
For both escorting attendees to their seat upon arrival, and giving a short five-minute intro at the start of the evening, we ask that you provide a host who is able to speak the target language of the event at a native level.
Dedicated space
The space in which events are held should be reasonably separated from the rest of the venue, the tables should not be too wide, and the noise level should be low enough to allow for conversation.
